Vancouver is said to be one of the world´s most liveable cities. Verdant green parks, a sophisticated yet friendly city and clean waters as well as skiable mountains and a pristine wilderness that´s easily accessible just outside the city limits. Furthermore, Vancouver has attracted a wonderfully cosmopolitan mix of people from both far and near. As a result Vancouver´s China Town is the second largest of North America next to the one in San Francisco. Cruise departs at 4:00 pm.

Day 6: Skagway, Alaska
Arrive 07:00 am at Skagway, Alaska. at It all started in 1896, when gold was discovered in a tributary of the Klondike River and tiny Skagway quickly grew to 20.000 residents. By 1900, the White Pass and Yukon Route railway began carrying the more fortunate gold seekers over the mountain pass. The real gold, some say, never left Skagway. It´s still here in the matchless golden sunrises and sunsets. Cruise departs at 8:00 pm.
Day 7: Cruise Glacier Bay
At Sea today. Wherever you stand on board as you cruise through Glacier Bay, you’re guaranteed a front row view. Several tidewater glaciers flow into the bay that ranks among the highlights of a journey to Alaska. You can hear the sound of the breaking ice before it topples thunderously into the sea. Whilst you’re still marvelling at that, bald eagles sore past, humpback whales emerge above the water, mountain goats scale the steep slopes and brown bears go about their business on the shore.
